Health and Safety of its personnel are of paramount importance. Management of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is an essential and integral part of business and operational practices and shall not be compromised under any circumstances. Accidents and injuries are preventable through continual improvement in working environment and involvement of all employees making thereby a safe, healthy and accident free work place. We at U-Safe Solutions take the following steps for Safety Management:
- Comply with requirement of all relevant statutory, regulatory and other provision
- Promote health, safety and environment on and off the job by creating awareness on HSE and develop the required level of knowledge and skills in all personnel through need based training and internal communication.
- Advocate the adoption of prudent HSE principles and practices by our Contractors and other associates.
- Ensure that appropriate resources are available to implement HSE policy and continuously review the policy’s relevance with respect to legal and business development.
- Conduct audits and mock drills on site so that operations are in compliance with HSE Management requirements and for emergency preparedness.
- Strive for continual improvement of our performance and measure progress by specific HSE performance indicators.
- Safety classes are conducted by arranging external professionals to all of our Managers, Engineers, Technicians, Fitters, Welders and skilled & semi‐skilled helpers periodically without fail.
- Also we have trained our people to strictly adhere with all safety norms stipulated by the customer.
- Full Body Safety Harness with fall back arrestor is compulsory wherever work is carried out on tall buildings.
- Life line is wherever provided the people engaged at height work are not in a position to tie their life with fixed holdings etc.
- Periodical certification of Safety Harness and other safety devices which requires routine efficacy check.
- Approved and Proved safety ladders or platforms are used for height work.
- Fresh People are trained to wear all Personnel Protective Equipments regularly.
